motivated and personable Sales & Account Service Representative to
join our team and help us continue to grow and provide the best
experience for our school clients. Position Overview: As a Sales &
Account Service Representative, you will play a key role in
building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and
ensuring the smooth execution of picture days. You’ll balance both
the sales aspect of the business, bringing in new schools, and the
account service component, managing existing clients to ensure
satisfaction and repeat business. This position is ideal for
someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment, loves
children, enjoys early mornings, and is passionate about delivering
top-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Sales & New Business
Development: Proactively sell our photography services to new
schools through cold calling, networking, and relationship
building. Present our products and services in a professional and
compelling manner to key decision-makers at schools. Develop and
execute strategies to meet sales targets and drive company growth.
Account Management & Service: Maintain and nurture relationships
with existing school clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and
continued business. Handle account-related inquiries and provide
timely and effective solutions. Rebook schools for future
photography sessions and upsell additional services when
appropriate. Picture Day Execution: Oversee the smooth execution of
picture days, ensuring timely arrivals, efficient workflow, and
top-quality results. Provide on-site coaching and support to
photographers to ensure the best possible images are captured.
Ensure that all logistics are managed efficiently, from school
setup to breakdown. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to stay
calm under pressure, troubleshoot issues, and pivot in the moment
to ensure a seamless and successful picture day experience.
Customer Focus: Act as the primary point of contact for schools,
ensuring their needs are met before, during, and after picture
days. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
at all times. Administrative Duties: Manage scheduling, contracts,
and other paperwork related to school bookings and sales. Ensure
timely communication with clients and team members, keeping
everyone aligned and informed. Qualifications: 1-year prior
experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable building
relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Comfortable with cold
calling and prospecting for new business. Ability to work
independently and manage multiple accounts while ensuring attention
to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for
long periods of time, lead and provide guidance to photographers to
maintain the highest quality standards on-site. Must have early
morning availability and reliable transportation with the ability
to travel to schools within 150-mile radius of OKC. Ability to lift
30 pounds. A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for
customer satisfaction. To the qualified candidate we offer: $40,000
- $60,000 salary plus commission based on experience Benefit
