our leasing operations.Key Responsibilities: \tStrategic
Leadership: Develop and execute innovative sales marketing
strategies that exceed occupancy and revenue targets for assigned
manufactured housing communities. \tCollaborative Excellence:
Collaborate seamlessly with you Community Manager, and maintenance
staff to ensure a seamless resident journey from move-in to
move-out. \tMarket Insight: Stay attuned to market trends,
competition, to craft pricing strategies and targeted marketing
campaigns. \tCommunity Alignment: Regularly visit properties to
ensure sales and marketing efforts align with community objectives
and uphold presentation standards. \tNetwork Expansion: Develop and
manage a network to generate leasing referrals, strengthening our
external presence in the local market. \tResident Loyalty: Oversee
the implementation of resident retention programs, cultivating
elevated resident satisfaction and a strong sense of community.
\tMarketing Synergy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create
compelling collateral, online listings, and social media campaigns
that attract potential homeowners \tPerformance Reporting: Prepare
and present comprehensive leasing reports to leadership, outlining
performance metrics, market insights, and actionable strategies.
\tData Management: Maintain accurate records of leasing activity,
resident communications, and market analysis data to inform
decision-making. \tTeam Culture: Foster a positive and
collaborative work environment within the leasing team, promoting
teamwork and professional growth. Training and Development
Responsibilities: \tDevelop and execute comprehensive training
programs for new and existing Leasing Consultants, ensuring they
possess the skills and knowledge to excel. \tCoordinate and lead
training sessions on leasing techniques, customer service best
practices, fair housing regulations, and company policies.
\tProvide ongoing coaching and mentorship to improve leasing
strategies and customer interactions.\tIncorporate industry trends
and best practices into training programs for continuous
improvement. \tEvaluate training effectiveness through assessments,
surveys, and performance metrics. \tOrganize role-playing sessions
and workshops to enhance leasing skills and negotiation tactics.
\tServe as a subject matter expert during training sessions and
team meetings. Required Skills/Abilities: \tProven sales and
leasing success within the Manufactured Home industry.
\tExceptional leadership, team management, and communication
skills. \tProficiency in sales and property management software.
\tStrong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
effectively. \tExcellent organizational skills with the ability to
manage multiple priorities. \tAnalytical mindset with the ability
to interpret leasing data. \tCustomer-focused approach with a
commitment to outstanding experiences. \tFlexibility to work
weekends and evenings as needed. \tThe responsibilities of this
position are subject to change at any time due to the needs of the
business. Education and Experience: \tGED or HS Diploma, Bachelor's
degree preferred. \tMinimum of 2 years of sales and leasing
experience in manufactured home communities. \tPrevious leadership
or management experience is highly desirable. \tKnowledge of fair
housing laws and regulations. $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 Annually
