Agape Care Group is seeking a proactive and compassionate Business Development Manager to join our dedicated team, enhancing our network and service reach in hospice and palliative care across the Southeast. This role is pivotal in nurturing our mission to deliver dignity and comfort by securing robust partnerships and fostering community relationships. As part of our team, you will drive the growth of Agape Care Group, ensuring our services reach those in need while maintaining the highest standards of care and respect for our patients and their families. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on hospice and palliative care services. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and key stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to develop strategies that enhance service offerings and patient care. Prepare and give presentations to potential clients and professional groups to increase visibility and promote services. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure Agape Care Group remains a leader in the industry. Work closely with the internal teams to ensure that business development goals align with the overall mission and objectives of the organization. Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional certification in Business Development or Sales (e.g., Certified Business Development Professional) A deep understanding of hospice and palliative care regulations is preferred
