Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive for our Hospice
Sales team who will be responsible for expanding our reach and
ensuring our services are accessible to those in need of hospice
care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and
the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of hospice
services to healthcare providers, patients, and families. Develop
and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals,
and other referral sources. Meet or exceed set sales targets and
KPIs. Educate potential clients and referral sources about the
benefits and services of hospice care. Regularly attend industry
events, conferences, and networking meetings. Prepare and present
sales reports and forecasts to management. Work closely with
hospice care teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Stay
informed of industry trends and legislative changes that may impact
the hospice care sector. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Ability to work
independently and as part of a team Deep understanding of the
healthcare market and hospice care Excellent organizational and
time management skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
