We work with people of all ages at home, at work, and in the community through residential programs, employment services, crisis response, day services and more.We have started a new program in Tulsa, OK that supports Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Crisis Support Homes. The focus of this program is to provide time-limited crisis services that support individuals with developmental disabilities in the community. The IDD Crisis Home is used as a measure of last resort for individuals undergoing an acute crisis that presents a substantial risk of imminent harm to self or others. The goal is to stabilize the individual through nursing and behavioral supports, on a time limited basis.We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Behavior Analyst (on track to get certified) to provide overall behavioral supports to clients and staff in the Adult Crisis Homes and larger DDDS community as needed.Flexible Schedule, Competitive Salary, and Multidisciplinary Team Approach!Free in house Supervision provided for the BA position!Benefits:Free Direct SupervisionFlexible schedules with hybrid capabilitiesCEU Reimbursement + In House CEU opportunities (around 10/year)Health, vision and dental insuranceMonthly Incentive payment plansLife insuranceMileage reimbursement401k plan with company matchTuition reimbursementPaid Time Off and Sick Time PayFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Profit Sharing planReferral bonusesEmployee discounts with various vendorsAdvancement opportunitiesOpportunities to superviseRelocation assistance: up to $3,000Recertification costs coveredProfessional Development & Support:Obtain both indirect and direct supervision hours.Dedicated Learning & Development Manager to help you prepare for the BCBA exam.Learning modules and resources, mock exams, etc.Career advancement opportunities and ongoing trainings.Established clinical practices, and automated clinical tools.Job Responsibilities:Provide documentation of the behavioral services provided during the designated hoursProvide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports, proactive strategies, triggers, staff interventions, replacement behaviors, etc.Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served.Maintain system for collecting program specific information including key data points.Complete functional assessments annually and as needed.Develop BSPs that meet DDS standards and become involved.Seek input and maintain effective communication with PCP team and supervisor.Modify BSP annually as needed and create simple one-page summary of BSP.Attend and present all BSP changes to DDS for approval as needed.Attend all agency, departmental and client specific meetings as directed.Attend client psychiatric appointments, intake, discharge, and IDT meetings.Provide follow-along services for individuals discharged from the crisis homes for six months. This involves the development of behavior support plans, training, support, guidance and monitoring for parents, family, provider, or other persons associated with the individuals permanent home/setting.Conduct departmental training as directed.Qualifications:Masters degree in related field.Valid Oklahoma BCBA license OR Active RBT Certification & pursuing BA field hoursValid drivers license & reliable transportationValid auto insurancePrefer 2 years of experienceMust be willing to flex schedule accordingly to provide services, supports, care and treatment to individuals as required and be present to provide supervision to staffIf interested apply on-line at: www.BenchmarkHS.com/CareersBenchmark Human Services is an EOE/AAP Employer.
