Job Description:

Come join the Eskimo Joe's Promotional Products team as a Production Assistant for our Screen Printing Team!

As Production Assistant, you will be assisting our Screen Printers to ensure that product is printed correctly and had undergone quality control. We utilize automatic screen printing machines to create branded products for a variety of clients in Oklahoma and across the United States. Easily put, we print designs onto shirts for anyone who would like to do business with us!

This position assists with items such as laying shirts out to be printed out, cleaning used screens, cutting rags, and being our quality control check at the end of the process to ensure our products are in peak condition for our customers.

This position is ideal for students that are only available part-time as well as those who enjoy repetitive work while keeping focus. (This position allows for growth into other areas by taking the initiative to learn new things.)

Available Shifts

Available shifts are Monday through Friday: 8:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm

Must be able to work at least 4 shifts per week, and you must be able to work complete shifts.

Job Requirements:

* Punctual and reliable
* Ability to meet daily and weekly production goals
* Consistency and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable with repetitive tasks
* Willingness to learn and the ability to be cross-trained in multiple departments
* Reporting defects, misprints, and faults in the product to supervisors and managers
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Listening and multi-tasking
* Teamwork mentality
* Excellent communication skills
* Standing & walking for 8+ hours
* Lift, push, pull, grab, and carry up to 50 lbs.

All new team members are required to utilize direct deposit to receive their paycheck.
