Overview of the Position Responsibilities: Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will specialize in hiring top talent to join our Bluepeak team! This role serves as a project manager of sorts maintaining a number of open requisitions within several locations. They will utilize our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) to manage applicants and requisitions. This position will work directly with candidates and partner with hiring managers daily. They are responsible for interviewing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and executing new hire pre-boarding activities. (This position may be remote and must be Central or Mountain Standard Time Zone). If this sounds exciting, please read on.

What You Will Do:


  • Actively source and monitor qualified candidates using HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, etc.
  • Attract applicants by writing compelling job descriptions and post jobs advertisements across various job boards and social media channels
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, engaging with candidates from the screening phase through offer negotiation
  • Effectively partner with your hiring managers and leadership team to understand their talent needs and build hiring strategies
  • Build phenomenal pipelines of diverse talent with an emphasis on creating extraordinary candidate experience
  • Manage high volume searches simultaneously with attention to meeting customer deadlines
  • Track and analyze metrics and reports on hiring progress to leadership regularly
  • Manage the recruitment process by developing creative recruitment strategies as well as placing ads, interviewing, extending offers, initiating background checks, etc.
  • Represent Company at job fairs, college career days, and other external recruiting events
  • Recruit for both exempt and non-exempt positions utilizing applications on hand, advertising, networking, and cold calls
  • Coordinate with other Management Staff in evaluating candidates for job openings
  • Assist Employment Manager in developing plans, policies, and procedures for the recruitment and selection of qualified candidates for job openings
  • Develop and maintain sources for qualified applicants through networking with community and civic organizations such as Chambers of Commerce, as well as other business organizations
  • Develops and places advertising as appropriate for job openings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Conduct phone interviews, evaluate, and advise hiring managers on prospective candidates
  • Other duties as assigned
    What You Will Need:
    • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
    • A minimum of three-five years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter, including experience with proactive sourcing, candidate offers, and closing required
    • Active and proven experience using an HRIS, preferably ADP Workforce Now
    • Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check and drug test prior to starting employment
    • Working knowledge of using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, hard to fill roles, and candidate with diverse skillsets
    • Demonstrated recruiting success using social media platforms
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
    • Ability to effectively source and engage passive candidates through various recruiter tools
    • Solid understanding of how to recruit multiple positions simultaneously
    • Ability to work independently as all as interact and communicate with all organizational levels
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Outlook and SharePoint preferred
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a customer service mindset
    • Demonstrated practice of a high level of confidentiality
