Job Description Job Description Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has mechanical aptitude, and is eager to learn. The CNC Operator will assist in setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Skills and Experience: Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently under supervision. Load raw materials and unload finished parts. Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and instructions. Keep machines clean and maintained; report any mechanical issues. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Assist with basic setup and tooling changes as needed. Work closely with experienced machinists to learn CNC programming and advanced machine operation. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Basic math and measurement skills (use of calipers, micrometers, tape measures). Ability to read and understand simple technical drawings. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
