ABM, a national leader in comprehensive facility solutions, is seeking a dedicated Night Custodial Supervisor to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role focuses on overseeing the night shift cleaning operations at various client locations, ensuring all spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. As a supervisor, you will manage a team of custodial staff, coordinate tasks, and ensure that all cleaning services are performed efficiently and effectively. Your leadership will help maintain our reputation for top-tier facility services, reflecting our commitment to excellence in every task performed. Oversee nightly cleaning and maintenance operations across multiple facilities. Supervise, train, and coordinate the activities of custodial staff to ensure all tasks are performed to a high standard. Inspect and monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering and stocking as necessary. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines that maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding cleaning services promptly. Strong leadership and supervisory skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting Familiarity with health and safety regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Custodial Technician (optional but preferred) OSHA Safety Certification (desirable)
