Job Description Job Description Hi, Volt is immediately hiring a Provider Services Representative -Hybrid Onsite As a Provider Services Representative, you will : Job Description: The role requires close interaction with healthcare providers and internal systems to verify, update, and remediate provider information. The position is fully onsite during the training period (30–45 days minimum) . After successful completion of training and demonstrated proficiency, the role may convert to a flex schedule at the manager’s discretion (minimum 3 days onsite, up to 2 days remote). Work Schedule & Remote Requirements Training Period: 100% onsite (30–45 days minimum) Post-Training: Flex schedule (3 days onsite / up to 2 days remote) Remote Work Requirement: Candidates must have their own computer, phone, and high-speed internet to work remotely. Equipment is not provided by the company . If personal equipment is not available, the employee must work fully onsite. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to quickly learn moderately complex computer systems Comfort with outbound phone calls and email communications Minimum 1 year of computer experience Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to access and maintain data within computer systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow detailed instructions Professionalism and confidentiality awareness Strong organizational skills Ability to use basic office equipment (e.g., copier) Preferred Qualifications 2 years of Customer Service experience Knowledge of healthcare policies, products, and procedures Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems If this position acts as a third-party administrator (TPA) for processing payments, then candidates will be subject to a credit check In order to perform the duties of a Customer Support Representative successfully and consistently on our systems and networks, the following internet and equipment are required: OS (Provided) Windows 10 CPU (Provided) Intel® Core™ i5-7500 (4 Cores/6MB/4T/3.6GHz) Memory (Provided) 16GB 2X8GB 2666MHz DDR4 Memory Hard Drive (Provided) 256GB Solid State Hard Drive Wired Headset (Provided) Yes Wired Connection (to Router/Modem; Cable/wire provided) Router/Modem NOT provided Yes Download Speed (per user on home network) 50 Mbps Upload Speed (per user on home network) 10 Mbps Loaded Latency This is a Contract full time opportunity.
