Job Description Job Description Title – RN CVOR (Surgery) - $2397 weekly with free housing Department - Stepdown Intermediate Location – Tulsa, OK, 74104 Shift Note –Day/Night both shift available Hours –3x12 (36 hours) Guaranteed Hours – 36 hours in a week (can be 48 hours on request ) Duration – 13 weeks with possible extension Requirements : - Must have Min 2 years CVOR (Surgery) Experience.
