Medical Laboratory Technician Location: Blackwell, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,876 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Medical Lab Technician Profession: Laboratory Specialty: Medical Lab Technician Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (18:00 - 06:00) Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required License: State license required Certifications: Required Must-Have: COVID-19 Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Description: Night shift position with a 7 on/7 off schedule beginning on Wednesday night. The technician will work 7 straight nights through the following Tuesday. Then off for 7 nights, and the cycle starts over. Experience in Chemistry, Heme, Blood Bank, and Phlebotomy required. Candidates must have experience with charting systems. The ability to provide care to varied patient age groups is essential. Interdisciplinary support and teamwork are vital in this role. Additional required skills may include specialized procedures and equipment usage. The position may involve some flexibility with weekends or additional shifts. COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are mandatory for employment, with specific exemptions allowed. Complete documentation of immunization status is required prior to starting.
