Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Tulsa, OK
Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,400 to $2,470 per week Shift
Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position The Registered Nurse (RN)
provides comprehensive patient care in the Labor & Delivery unit by
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care using the
nursing process. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered
care aligned with hospital standards and clinical protocols. Key
Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to deliver safe and
effective patient care Perform patient assessments and develop
individualized care plans Monitor maternal and fetal conditions
throughout labor and delivery Administer medications and treatments
as prescribed Prioritize and manage patient care in a fast-paced
environment Document care accurately using Epic EMR system Educate
patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Respond to
emergencies and changing patient conditions with sound clinical
judgment Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures,
and quality standards Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license (Oklahoma or compact state) BLS (Basic Life Support)
certification NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Proof of Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) training
Graduate of an accredited nursing program Strong communication,
organizational, and critical thinking skills Required Experience &
Skills 0–6 months of nursing experience accepted Experience with
Epic charting system (Muskogee preferred) Knowledge of disease
management, clinical pathways, and bio-psychosocial care Ability to
prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently Strong attention
to detail and documentation accuracy Benefits Local pay rate: $60
