Location: Oklahoma City, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,380 per

working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in Oklahoma
City, Oklahoma, 73104! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN
ICU Specialty: Cardiovascular Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights
Hours per Shift: 36.00 Experience: 1 year of experience in an ICU
setting. Proficient in Impella, IABP, CRRT, and post open heart
care. License: Current RN License issued by the state board of
nursing or a current multistate compact RN License. Certifications:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support) certifications. Must-Have: Experience with impella,
balloon pump, and heart recovery. Description: Under general
supervision, provides nursing care in a hospital to a variety of
patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex.
Assumes responsibility for an assigned group of patients. Documents
patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical
treatments. Notes all changes in physician orders for assigned
patients. Assists physician in the examination of patients and in
performing minor diagnostic procedures and treatment. Obtains and
monitors physiological data of patients. Observes the physiological
manifestations of patients and intervenes when necessary.
Administers medication as prescribed. Initiates, regulates, and
monitors intravenous infusions and blood products. Delivers patient
care competently. Interacts with family and patients in sharing
care plans while in the hospital and at the time of discharge.
Informs patients and families of hospital procedures. Makes
referrals regarding patient care needs to appropriate personnel.
Delegates tasks to support staff. Performs other duties as
assigned. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices,
techniques, and procedures. Ability to organize, plan, coordinate,
and evaluate nursing services. Ability to maintain good working
relationships with other employees. Strong verbal and written
communication skills. Ability to respond effectively to cultural
and language needs of patients and visitors. Some computer skills
are required. Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an
accredited program is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is
