Occupational Therapist Location: Oklahoma City, OK Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,520 to $2,597 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description & Requirements Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2520.00 - $2597.00 OT- rehab needed asap REQUIRED SKILLS: Under general supervision, performs professional Occupational Therapy activities consisting of planning, evaluating, establishing and implementing individual and group treatment activities under the direction of a physician. Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Required Certifications & Licensure: -Current license from the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as an Occupational Therapist. -Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire. Required Qualifications Occupational Therapist, Rehab Licenses: OT-OK Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
