Role Description This is a full-time remote or in person or hybrid role for a Therapist. The Therapist will provide a range of counseling services, including individual and group therapy, case management, and treatment planning tailored to the needs of each client. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining detailed case notes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and employing therapeutic techniques to support mental health and emotional well-being. Ensuring compliance with ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality are essential aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong therapeutic skills in areas such as individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis management Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR, is highly beneficial Familiarity with mental health documentation systems and case management Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a structured schedule Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field State licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LMSW, or equivalent (or eligibility for licensure) Commitment to cultural competence and working with diverse populations Previous experience in therapy or mental health counseling is a plus
