Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Profession:

Certifications: - BLS - NRP Must-Have: - Fetal monitoring basic and
intermediate - Medication titrations (oxytocin/magnesium) -
Cervical dilation checks - Labor management - Cesarean section RN
circulator - PACU recovery of CS patients - Peripheral line
care/management - Isolation precautions/PPE - Computerized
documentation (EPIC) - Nurse to patient ratios 1:1-1:2 - Rapid
response team activation Description: This position requires
expertise in fetal monitoring. Candidates should be skilled in
medication titrations for oxytocin and magnesium. Responsibilities
include performing cervical dilation checks and managing labor. The
role involves acting as a circulator for cesarean sections.
Applicants will assist with the PACU recovery of postoperative
cesarean section patients. Peripheral line care and management are
essential duties. Strict adherence to isolation precautions and
proper use of PPE is required. Documentation will be done using a
computerized system (EPIC). You will work under a nurse-to-patient
ratio of 1:1 to 1:2. Activation of the rapid response team may be
necessary as part of your duties. Experience in high-risk
antepartum, cardiac disease, HELLP syndrome, and multiple gestation
is desirable. You should be familiar with various labor and
delivery procedures, including both vaginal and cesarean
deliveries. Expect to utilize skills in medication administration,
including blood products and antihypertensives. Support for
breastfeeding and lactation may be part of the role. The
environment will involve the care of postpartum patients and
management of complications like postpartum hemorrhage and
pregnancy-induced hypertension. Candidates should be comfortable
working with high-risk deliveries and performing sterile vaginal
