collaborative approach to health services. Perform preoperative
procedures and patient assessments Assist surgeons during
operations by handling instruments and monitoring patient vitals
Implement postoperative care and instructions Coordinate with
healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Manage
documentation of surgical procedures and patient outcomes
Participate in ongoing professional training and quality
improvement initiatives In-depth knowledge of surgical instruments
and procedures Ability to respond effectively to the dynamics of
the surgical environment Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Capability to maintain high standards of infection control
Proficient in using electronic health record systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
