Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro Location: Oklahoma City, OK Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,421 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Shift Nights 3 shifts per week , 12?hour shifts (3x12s) Start Date: 02/23/2026 Responsibilities Provide direct ICU-level nursing care to neuro patients. Monitor vitals, neuro status, and intervene as needed. Administer meds, IVs, and blood products. Assist physicians with exams and procedures. Document patient status and changes accurately. Communicate care plans with patients and families. Delegate tasks to support staff & collaborate with team. Requirements Job Requirements Education Required Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program. Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher. Certifications & Licensure Required Active RN License issued by: Oklahoma State Board of Nursing OR Multistate Compact RN License (eNLC) BLS – Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (American Heart Association) Experience Required 1 year of nursing experience Must have Level One Neurology experience
