Job Description Hospitalist Opportunity – Tulsa, Oklahoma
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible IM Hospitalist A large,
well-established health system in Tulsa is seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist to join a
collaborative, team-oriented inpatient program. This full-time
position offers the stability of a growth-focused program, strong
sub-specialty support, and opportunities for academic
collaboration.Position Highlights•Adult inpatient care (patients
16) across a large tertiary facility with robust sub-specialty
support and 4 closed ICUs•Schedule: 7-on/7-off, 12-hour shifts (7
AM – 7 PM); part-time and nocturnist shifts also available (7 PM –
7 AM)•Average daily census: 18 patients; 1–3 admissions per shift
on a round-robin rotation•No mandatory procedures; procedures
available upon request•Support staff includes experienced
hospitalists, discharge coordinators, and rapid response/code
teams•Teaching opportunities with local medical schoolsCall &
Coverage•One day of triage call per month•No floor call after 7 PM;
no ER call or admissions after 4 PM•Code teams manage emergencies;
hospitalist involved only for their own patientsBenefits &
