the Position Job Title: Medical Technologist Profession: MT
Specialty: Clinical Laboratory Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:00 AM -
6:00 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of
experience required License: ASCP certification required
Certifications: ASCP certified Description: Facility is seeking a
Medical Technologist to work either Wednesday through Friday or
Saturday through Monday. The shift will run from 6:00 AM to 6:00
PM. The laboratory staff consists of 7 technologists and 8
phlebotomists. Equipment utilized includes Siemens EXL 200
Chemistry/Immunochemistry, Siemens EXL w/LM
Chemistry/Immunochemistry, Sysmex XN 550 Hematology, Clinitek
Status Urinalysis, Alere Triage, Metro Pro BNP and D-Dimer,
Hemochron Signature Elite PT and PTT, Nova Prime Blood Gas, Nova
Prime Plus Blood Gas, and Blood Bank. A tube system and Medtox
Urine Drug Screen are also used in the laboratory. Candidates
should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the clinical
