Job Description Physical Therapist - Fort Gibson, Oklahoma area
- Permanent and Full-Time Hire Key Highlights: Hours: Monday
through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm Shift Differentials Sign-on Bonus and
Relocation Eligible 1:1 Patient Care Supportive Teamwork
Environment Multidisciplinary Clinic with PT, OT, ST Job Summary:
Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering
appropriate treatment Evaluates patients accurately and plans
appropriate treatment Sets and meets functional goals, revises and
progresses treatment program Provides instruction to patients,
family members, and healthcare providers Minimum Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid State of
Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice
Physical Therapy. Work Experience: 0 - 6 months related experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to effectively present
information and respond to questions from patients and families
Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to use computers and basic computer knowledge for data
input and reporting Effective reasoning ability and adaptability
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provides clinical patient
care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment
Evaluates patient accurately and plans appropriate treatment
Completes patient records in a timely manner Maintains technical
expertise through continuing education Provides instruction to
