This assignment is ideal for a compassionate, clinically strong RN who thrives in a specialized, patient-centered environment. Position Details: Start Date: 3/9/2026 Location: Oklahoma City, OK Schedule: 3x12 Days Contract Length: 12.71 Weeks Shift Requirements: As scheduled by unit; step-down experience required Key Responsibilities: Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy in accordance with oncology safety standards Monitor labs, assess treatment response, and manage side effects Initiate and regulate IV infusions and blood products Assess and manage pain, fatigue, and symptom control Collaborate closely with oncologists and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and discharge care Ensure proper handling of cytotoxic medications and adherence to infection control protocols Unit Details: Hematology/Oncology-focused patient population Step-down level acuity Long-term patient relationships with complex medical needs High emphasis on compassionate, holistic cancer care Requirements & Qualifications: Active RN license (OK or compact) BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) Minimum 1 year of RN experience ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification required Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration (ONS) required Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred) About Olaro:/n/nOlaro provides competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and 24/7 traveler support.
