Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare, a leading nursing and healthcare staffing
agency, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel MedSurg
RN to join our dynamic team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, you
will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical
unit, providing top-notch care and enhancing patient outcomes. You
will work with a supportive team in an environment that values
communication and collaboration. This role requires a strong
commitment to patient care, flexibility in a dynamic environment,
and the ability to adapt to varied patient needs across the
hospital. Provide direct nursing care to patients in a MedSurg
setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation of patient care. Administer medications, wound care, and
numerous other personalized interventions. Monitor patient progress
and adapt care plans accordingly. Educate patients and their
families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and
other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Maintain a safe and clean
working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Document patient care services by charting in patient
and department records. Strong clinical skills in a
Medical-Surgical setting Proficient in using medical software for
patient care management Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and
effectively Medical Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
