examination, Treatment Administration, Supportive Care Plans &
Symptom mgmt - Patient Monitoring, New Patient Consults of Hem &
Onc referrals - Coordinating w/ other healthcare professionals,
Hospital Rounds - Maintaining accurate & detailed medical records,
Genetic testing, early detection, genetic counseling. • Trauma
Level: II • EMR: Epic • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes • Travel,
lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: • Active
OK License or IMLC • BC/BE • BLS, ACLS, ATLS • Case Logs
