Physical Therapist Location: Tulsa, OK Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,203 to $2,270 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH) StartDate: 3/9/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D/E/N Pay Rate: $2203.00 - $2270.00 PT- Home Health needed asap Zero (0) - six (6) months of related experience. Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy. -Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure. OR -Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy. -BLS. -Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients and families. -Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. -Ability to use computers, basic computer knowledge, as needed for data input and reporting. -Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. -Effective reasoning ability and ability to be adaptable.
