BLS Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure in Physical Therapist Assistant. -Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program. -Ability to use computers, basic computer knowledge, as needed for data input and reporting. -Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. -Effective time management skills. Required Qualifications Physical Therapist Assistant, Home Health Experience: 6 months PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required -Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
