working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OB/GYN RN in Oklahoma
City, Oklahoma, 73104! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN
Specialty: High Risk Antepartum Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights
Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 1-2 years of level one experience
required License: Current RN License issued by the State Board of
Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License Certifications:
Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart
Association, ACLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certificate,
Neonatal Resuscitation Program, all required upon hire Must-Have:
BLS, ACLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certificate, Neonatal
Resuscitation Program Description: Assume responsibility for an
assigned group of patients. Document patient responses to nursing
interventions and prescribed medical treatments. Note all changes
in physician orders for assigned patients. Assist physicians in the
examination of patients and in performing minor diagnostic
procedures and treatments. Obtain and monitor physiological data of
patients. Observe the physiological manifestations of patients and
intervene when necessary. Administer medications as prescribed.
Initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood
products. Deliver patient care competently. Interact with family
and patients in sharing the care plan while in the hospital and at
the time of discharge. Inform patients and families of hospital
procedures. Make referrals regarding patient care needs to
appropriate personnel. Delegate tasks to support staff. Required
Skills & Experience: One year of experience in a relevant nursing
field. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices,
techniques, and procedures. Ability to organize, plan, coordinate,
and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques. Ability
to maintain good working relationships with other employees. Good
verbal and written communication skills. Some computer skills are
required. Preferred Skills & Experience: N/A Required Education:
Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Preferred
Education: Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing from a Board
Approved Program. Preferred Certifications & Licensure: N/A 5
