working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Yukon, Oklahoma, 73099! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN

Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year required License: Current RN License
issued by the State Board of Nursing or a current multistate
compact RN License Certifications: Current Basic Life Support
issued by the American Heart Association; ACLS (American Heart
Association) Must-Have: - One year of experience - Associate's
Degree in Nursing from an accredited program Description: Under
general supervision, provides nursing care in a hospital to a
variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to
complex. Assumes responsibility for an assigned group of patients.
Documents patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed
medical treatments and notes all changes in physician orders for
assigned patients. Assists physicians in the examination of
patients and in performing minor diagnostic procedures and
treatments. Obtains and monitors physiological data of patients,
observes physiological manifestations of patients, and intervenes
when necessary. Administers medications as prescribed. Initiates,
regulates, and monitors intravenous infusions and blood products.
Delivers patient care competently. Interacts with family and
patients in sharing care plans while in the hospital and at the
time of discharge. Informs patients and families of hospital
procedures. Makes referrals regarding patient care needs to
appropriate personnel. Delegates tasks to support staff. Performs
other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience: Knowledge
of professional nursing theories, practices, techniques, and
procedures. Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate
nursing services and apply nursing techniques. Ability to maintain
good working relationships with other employees. Good verbal and
written communication skills. Ability to respond effectively to
cultural and language needs of patients and visitors. Some computer
