Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro ICU Location: Oklahoma City, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,380 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Neuro ICU RN in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73104! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Neurology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of level one neurology experience License: Current RN License issued by the state board of nursing or a current multistate compact RN License Certifications: Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association Must-Have: Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures Description: Under general supervision, provides nursing care in a hospital to a variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. Assumes responsibility for an assigned group of patients. Documents patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments. Notes all changes in physician orders for assigned patients. Assists physician in the examination of patients and in performing minor diagnostic procedures and treatments. Obtains and monitors physiological data of patients and observes their physiological manifestations. Intervenes when necessary. Administers medication as prescribed. Initiates, regulates, and monitors intravenous infusions and blood products. Delivers patient care competently. Interacts with family and patients in sharing care plans during hospital stays and at discharge. Informs patients and families of hospital procedures. Makes referrals regarding patient care needs to appropriate personnel. Delegates tasks to support staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Demonstrates the ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services as well as apply nursing techniques. Maintains good working relationships with other employees. Exhibits good verbal and written communication skills. Responds effectively to the cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
