Evaluate and ascertain individual patient needs to develop appropriate treatment plans. Implement specialized physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and reduce pain. Maintain patient documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries. Engage in patient, family, and community education programs to promote health and prevent injury. Work continuously with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest techniques in physical therapy. Expertise in orthopedic therapy Proficiency in manual therapy techniques Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop and follow through with patient treatment plans Competency in using physical therapy software and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist state license Certification in orthopedic manual therapy (COMT) is preferred but not required
