Must-Have: - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Description: The Invasive
Cardiology Manager is a registered nurse with demonstrated
transformational leadership skills. This role requires operational
management skills and expertise in the care of patients undergoing
invasive cardiovascular procedures. The Nurse Manager directs the
planning, implementation, and evaluation of inpatient and
outpatient care programs for adult and pediatric patients. The
position aims to assure an effective continuum of care during
invasive cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures.
Management of day-to-day clinical operations is essential, along
with maintaining nursing practice standards. Upholding the nursing
code of ethics is crucial to ensure the highest quality of safe
patient care delivery. The manager models professional values
through work output and interactions with employees and patients.
Accountability for clinical care and departmental performance is a
key responsibility. Supporting strategic initiatives through
quality initiatives in patient care delivery is fundamental.
