Outpatient Internal Medicine Opportunity Located in Chickasha, OK - Oklahoma City 40mFull-time, permanent positionPosition Overview Outpatient-only family medicine opportunity Call shared equally among 12 primary care providers (max 3-4 days per month) Phone call coverage only, primarily for nursing homes Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $225K - $245K wRVU incentive system paid quarterly: - $50.60 per wRVU for the first 1381.50 wRVUs per quarter - $58.93 per wRVU beyond 1381.50 per quarter Early signing opportunities for physicians in residency, including stipends or sign-on bonuses Practice Details Group includes: - 9 adult-only primary care providers - 3 primary care providers seeing adults & pediatrics - 5 pediatric-only providers - Specialists in prescriptive pain, interventional pain, surgical podiatry, orthopedics, general surgery, psychiatry, and counseling Support staff includes: - 1.3 medical assistants per physician (one for rooming, additional support for backend tasks) - Shared scheduling staff at approximately one per provider Location & Practice Environment Located close to Oklahoma City Airport Rural setting with easy access to larger cities Physician-led practice with autonomy in patient care Collaborative mix of tenured physicians and newer physicians (2-3 years in practice)
