ranging from $33.15 to $51.39 , based on experience, for three

Responsibilities of the ICU Registered Nurse: Deliver expert,
compassionate care to critically ill or unstable patients in the
ICU Continuously assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
individualized care plans Administer and monitor IV medications,
drips, ventilators, and advanced life-support equipment Recognize
and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions Collaborate
closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure
optimal outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in
compliance with hospital policies Support and educate patients'
families with empathy and professionalism Requirements of the ICU
Registered Nurse: Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license (or
compact license) Current BLS certification 1 years of PCU/ICU
experience. Proficiency in ventilator management, hemodynamic
monitoring, and emergency response Strong critical-thinking,
