JOB SUMMARY Triad Eye Institute, PLLC is seeking a results-driven Administrator to lead the operations of its ambulatory surgery centers. This role is responsible for implementing organizational goals, overseeing compliance with regulatory standards, managing financial and business operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include supporting performance improvement and infection control programs, coordinating risk and safety initiatives, supervising staff and HR processes, and maintaining strong communication with physicians, staff, and governing bodies. The ideal candidate will be an effective leader with a strong background in healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
