Job Description A permanent, full-time FM position near downtown Tulsa, OK. Comprehensive ambulatory health clinic that provides care to an underserved patient population, so a rewarding chance to impact the health of a community. Services include medical, dental, optical, behavioral, pharmacy, radiology, lab and other community health based programs. Providers enjoy lower patient volume with an emphasis on quality care, patient interaction and health education! Flex schedule options are available of either 5 8-hour shifts (16 patients) or 4 10-hour shifts (20 patients) with no call, no weekends, no holidays, no after hours required. Candidates must have/obtain active, unrestricted OK license, current DEA and BE/BC in FM. Salaried ($200K-$220K) and comprehensive benefits package including an additional $30K bonus annually, 13 paid holidays, 6 weeks PTO, 4% retirement matching, health insurance (clinic pays employees premium), paid CME/licensure and loan repayment options!
