RN license from the state in which you plan to work Minimum 6
months of RN work experience Push, pull, support, and lift a

Vaccination RN Responsibilities As a ShiftMed registered nurse,
you’ll be responsible for but not limited to: Ongoing patient
assessment and observation to ensure optimum health levels.
Administering and recording medications per facility policy and
procedures. Transcribing and implementing written, verbal, and
electronic physician orders. Delegating appropriate tasks to nurse
aides and ensuring proper care delivery. Supervising clinical
operations for nursing and clinical care activities. Performing
assessment data collection in an ongoing, systemic manner.
Reviewing and evaluating data collected by other healthcare
professionals. Developing care plans that prescribe nursing actions
to achieve patient goals. Identifying patient/family learning needs
and implementing appropriate processes. Demonstrating effective
written and verbal communication. Collaborating as part of an
interdisciplinary team. Ongoing flexibility regarding patient
assignments, floating, and related staffing issues. Promoting a
positive work environment and demonstrating a positive attitude.

facilities are currently offering. Hourly rates fluctuate
throughout the week depending on the facility you schedule shifts

up to date on all recommended COVID-19 vaccinations, including a
booster dose when required. Healthcare professionals not up to date
on COVID-19 vaccination doses may be required to undergo weekly
