Job Description:
Position Summary:Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients
needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes
training for unit staff members, and participates in guidance and
educational programs.Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of
experience and qualifications.Minimum Qualifications:Current state
licensure as an Registered NurseBasic Life Support (BLS)
certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association
and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not
acceptable.CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualifiedDesired
Qualifications:Inpatient rehabilitation experiencePrevious
supervisory experienceKnowledge, Skills and Ability
Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.Strong organizational, time management and prioritization
skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking
