Job Description:
Licensed Clinic Director role supporting care coordination and
therapy services in senior living facilities, including
Independent, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing.
Responsibilities include overseeing patient care, ensuring
compliance with regulations, providing therapy services, and
contributing to program development and quality improvement.
Requires a degree in OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP, active licensure,
ASHA certification for SLP, excellent communication,
problem-solving skills, and preferred management experience.

Compensation ranges from $47.00 to $60.00 per hour.
