Description

We are currently looking for a Full Time Inpatient Medicine Mid Level Provider to join our Division of Hospital and Nursing Services team located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center working .
*Summary:*
Provides medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up as directed.
*Responsibilities:*

* Assessment of patients experiencing urgent, emergent, or non-emergent conditions
* Assesses physical needs of all ages of patients
* Assesses bio-psychosocial needs of all ages of patients
* Assesses health education needs of all ages of patients
* Facilitates consults, referrals, and form completion as requested and approved by the medical staff
* Evaluate and treat all patients for acute minor illnesses or injuries and provide care for primary care of episodic complaints
* Provide preventative diagnostic and therapeutic care and services for patients of all ages
* Performs all other duties as assigned
