Description
We are currently looking for a Full Time Inpatient Medicine Mid
Level Provider to join our Division of Hospital and Nursing
Services team located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center
working .
*Summary:*
Provides medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up
as directed.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to
all internal and external customer types
* Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
* Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure
appropriate referral is made
* Greets and engages with a smile

information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
* Assessment of patients experiencing urgent, emergent, or
non-emergent conditions
* Assesses physical needs of all ages of patients
* Assesses bio-psychosocial needs of all ages of patients
* Assesses health education needs of all ages of patients
* Facilitates consults, referrals, and form completion as requested
and approved by the medical staff
* Evaluate and treat all patients for acute minor illnesses or
injuries and provide care for primary care of episodic
complaints
* Provide preventative diagnostic and therapeutic care and services
for patients of all ages
