Their key responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, adapting to different units and patient populations to fill in where needed.Conducting patient assessments, educating patients and their families about care plans and treatments, collaborating closely with different healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care, and adhering to hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant care environment.
