Job Description:

Locums - Tulsa, Oklahoma, Emergency Medicine (Float Pool) JobClinical Role:

  • Start Month: ASAP - likely January
  • Est length of assignment: unknown
  • Providers needed (FT or - # of shifts to cover) 4-5 providers (15-20 shifts per month)
  • Minimum # of shifts acceptable: 2-3 days if local and no travel, 3-4+ days if not local and traveling in for shifts
  • Certification Requirements: Must be board certified in their specialty or eligible within 5 years of residency completion. They will accept Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Pediatric Medicine (PM) for ED with proof of 7000+ ED activity
  • ABPS is not accepted
  • Residency trained requirements: Must complete an ACGME accredited program
  • Board certified physicians don't need life support certs
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Active OK License - Required
  • Onboarding Requirements: (Orientation/EMR training) Will need to schedule an EMR training session prior to first shift for Cerner
  • DEA Required
