    Responsibilities
    
    
    • This position is accountable for operating the x-ray rooms, portables, and CT Scanner in a safe and proficient manner.
    • Transportation of patients, handling telephone calls for scheduling patients, answering questions related to reports of exams. -
    • Knowledge of x-ray equipment, anatomy and positioning are essential for a quality exam. -
    • Must be able to handle multiple demands simultaneously and keep a helpful attitude towards patients, their families, office personnel, physicians, and associates. -
    • Must be able to coordinate patient prepping and scanning to maximize smooth patient flow.
    • Must demonstrate knowledge of contrast media injections and reactions
      Qualifications
      
      Job Requirements:
      • Graduate of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology training program in a school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA
      • Must be ARRT registered or registry eligible
      • BLS certification
