LIFE Senior Services Vintage Housing is looking for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure a welcoming, well-maintained environment for our residents. If you have a proven track record in property management, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to high-quality service, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:Community Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth management of our properties, from building maintenance to resident relations.Leasing & Compliance: Lead the leasing process and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations, including LIHTC and Fair Housing laws.Financial Management: Manage rent collections, budgeting, and vendor payments while ensuring financial goals are met.Resident Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.Team Management: Supervise maintenance staff, ensuring work orders and make-readies are completed efficiently.What We're Looking For:At least 2 years of property management experience (3+ years and Affordable Housing experience preferred).Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle shifting priorities, and make critical decisions independently.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, budgeting, and reporting.A valid Oklahoma Driver's License and Auto Liability InsuranceWork Environment & Physical Demands:Office-based position with occasional travel (up to 10%) to multiple community locations around Tulsa and surrounding areas.Must be able to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds and perform activities such as walking, sitting, and kneeling.Why LIFE Senior Services?We are dedicated to providing quality, affordable housing to seniors in a supportive environment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of property management, or related, experience. Preferred 3+ years of experience in Affordable Housing and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
