Job duties include: Drive cost-focused strategy for assigned sites and commodities across Nortek Air Solutions; Responsible for sourcing strategy, supply market analysis, supplier capability assessment, supplier recruitment and management, RFQ/P development, analysis of complex data, and managing projects across multiple sites; Participate in assessment and prioritization of strategic sourcing opportunities to achieve business objectives.

Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Requires 5 years of experience as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst or in a role/capacity engaged in commodity management.

Experience must include: 3 years of experience utilizing analytics and problem-solving techniques for understanding data collection, 5 years of experience with supplier negotiations, 5 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing negotiations, 2 years of experience conducting market analysis for sourcing, 2 years of experience in project management, 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI).

25% domestic and international travel.
