Karman Legacy Hospice is looking for a QAPI Manager! QAPI = Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement. Nursing License required

      The QAPI Manager is a full-time position, which will collaborate in data collection from all sources; tracking, analyzing, and trending the data; and creating reports. Additionally, this position will be responsible for ensuring all medical record information is protected, complete, and accurate. The Manager falls under the direction of the Administrator to assist with process improvement activities and reporting internally as well as regulatory agencies. This positon assumes the role of Super User for Meditech so strong computer skills are a must. -The QAPI manager must also enjoy working with the Medicare population. Familiarity with Chronic Care Management will be an expectation. You need to be -efficient and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Your customer service skills are excellent, and you build rapport through meaningful, relevant patient interaction over the phone.



      • Oklahoma nursing license in good standing required; Licensed Practical Nurse LPN preferred.

      • Minimum 1-year experience in hospice or home health management role.

      • Self-directed, ability to prioritize tasks, solid time management skills.

      • Committed to excellence in patient care and customer service.

      • Thorough knowledge of medical terminology.

      • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

      • Experienced with Microsoft Office.

      • Strong computer skills required.


        • Work is primarily sedentary in nature with some standing and walking.

        • Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.

        • Must be able to communicate with others in person and over the telephone.

        • Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses, to prepare and process information, supervise practice of staff, and monitor the work environment.

        • Fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to operate office machines.

        • Lifting and moving heavy objects, up to 60lbs.
