Job Description Job Description Mechanical Assembly Technician – Day Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Range: $17 to $21 DOE We are seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a hands-on production team building high-quality sheet metal products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following blueprints, and taking pride in assembling products the right way. If you like precision work, teamwork, and a steady day-shift schedule, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Assemble mechanical products using job packets, blueprints, and work instructions Use hand and power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and rivet guns Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Assist with final inspections, packaging, and shipping as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment Strong attention to detail, especially when working with tight tolerances Safe and confident use of hand tools and power tools Comfortable using measuring tools such as tape measures and other inspection equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job packets, and work instructions Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Physical Demands & Safety-Sensitive Position This position is classified as safety-sensitive due to regular interaction with equipment, tools, and manufacturing processes. Job duties may include: Operating machinery, equipment, and power tools Handling materials and components used in manufacturing Monitoring equipment or processes where malfunction could result in injury or property damage Standing, bending, squatting, and climbing for most of the shift Lifting and moving parts weighing up to 50 pounds, with team lifting or devices used when available Apply with a detailed, updated resume for consideration.
