At Clean Harbors, a leader in the environmental services industry across North America, we are seeking a dedicated IS Traveling Hydroblast Technician to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality industrial cleaning services, including hydroblasting and industrial vacuum services, which are critical to our mission of sustaining a safe and environmentally secure future. The position involves traveling to various service locations throughout North America, providing specialized hazardous waste management and emergency spill response solutions. Operate high-pressure hydroblasting equipment (up to 40K PSI) efficiently. Perform tasks involving physical labor at industrial, hazardous waste sites. Set up and inspect equipment, hoses, and tools before and after use. Adhere to safety procedures and regulations, including wearing special protective gear and participating in safety meetings. Travel to client sites to conduct industrial cleaning services. Work under challenging conditions including heights, confined spaces, and harsh environments. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies. Document actions and findings during service resolutions and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions. Proficiency in operating high-pressure hydroblast equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions. Excellent teamwork capabilities and communication skills. Flexibility to travel extensively and work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification required. TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card is beneficial. Confined Space Entry and Rescue certification is desirable.
