Water/Wastewater Solutions Project Manager A dynamic and growing provider of industrial water and wastewater solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex equipment projects. In this pivotal role, you'll drive projects from planning through commissioning—managing scope, timelines, budgets, and team coordination to ensure high-quality outcomes. Collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and technical staff to deliver turnkey solutions that meet evolving utility and treatment needs. Water/Wastewater Solutions Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables during initial planning stages. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, service, contractors, and vendors, to align on project execution. Manage equipment procurement to ensure quality standards and timely delivery. Oversee equipment installation, startup, and training in coordination with the Service Coordinator. Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones. Identify, address, and resolve project issues, changes in scope, and deviations from the original plan. Ensure consistent communication and alignment with key stakeholders and customers throughout the project lifecycle. Control project expenses and resource allocation to maintain budget compliance. Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including regular status reporting. Lead project closeout activities, including final documentation, invoicing, and lessons learned. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team. Water/Wastewater Solutions Project Manager Qualifications Solid technical understanding of process equipment and related systems. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MBA with relevant experience preferred Proven ability to manage projects from planning through execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination. Project Management Processional (PMP) certification Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively address project challenges and adapt to changing conditions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration across cross-functional teams, engineers, and customers. Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe tools to support daily operations and project coordination. Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems for managing project data, customer interactions, and workflows.
