$80-130k, dependent on experience and skillset Retirement: 401k

Responsibilities: Transportation Infrastructure Design: Develop
roadway, bridge, and storm sewer system designs that align with
client goals and state standards. Project Leadership: Oversee all
project phases, from conception to completion, ensuring timelines,
budgets, and quality standards are met. Team Management: Assign and
review work for Junior Engineers, CAD Technicians, and support
staff to maintain efficiency and deliver exceptional results.
Client Collaboration: Partner with clients and stakeholders to
ensure project goals and expectations are achieved effectively.
Technical Expertise: Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and
other relevant tools to produce detailed engineering plans. Field
Support: Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to support
project development and ensure design integrity. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in transportation engineering, with a focus on
roadway, bridge, and stormwater design. Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and familiarity with
standards such as AASHTO, MUTCD, ODOT, and related guidelines.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects
while maintaining quality, scope, and schedule. Communication
Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working
